Pros
Working hard will be rewarded -Do not need a college degree -Close to major intersections -Nice staff -Friendly CTO -You can work from home if that is what your prefer - Dental Insurance is pretty good - Competitive salaries if you negotiate up front
Cons
-Health Insurance could be better. The health insurance seems to change every year or two - 10 days vacation is your starting vacation which is not bad but there is no vacation accrual. If you were at the company for 10 years, you would still only have 10 days of vacation. My family and kids enjoy traveling but with two weeks of vacation its very difficult to do so if the plane ride is long - The company will not pay for education, so if you want to talk a class or get a bachelors degree, they will not pay anything - No 401K, no savings plan at all - No Flexible spending - No life insurance - Lack of holiday, we used to receive Christmas Eve off and Christmas Day off but this year they fall on the weekend, no one knows if we get any days off at all. Our old policy would say we would get the Friday and Monday off but we have heard nothing. The same issue falls into place for New Years.
