Not good - Anonymous employee Wi-Com Solutions Employee Review

One star grading all the way through; so another former employee that was dismissed is being bitter here on this website slandering the business and not anywhere near an accurate assessment. Mental health is at an all-time low worldwide coming out of the pandemic and something we should all be concerned about. This is why Wi-Com offer's 1 flex week after 1 year of service and a change in the last 12 months where we now offer 2 flex weeks after 2 years of service. We value our employees and all aspects of their health. Ownership has an open-door policy and we have had our health and benefit plan more robust to be able to help with this as well. I know we need to do more and we will strive and continue to improve.
