We haven't ever had anyone in a full time Accounts Receivable role within Wi-Com Solutions; so we will chalk this up as a fake review :( Glassdoor should have a policy of allowing employer feedback beyond our comments here. Funny enough we do get companies trying to sell us the ability to remove bad reviews which makes this whole platform suspect.
One star grading all the way through; so another former employee that was dismissed is being bitter here on this website slandering the business and not anywhere near an accurate assessment.
Mental health is at an all-time low worldwide coming out of the pandemic and something we should all be concerned about. This is why Wi-Com offer's 1 flex week after 1 year of service and a change in the last 12 months where we now offer 2 flex weeks after 2 years of service. We value our employees and all aspects of their health. Ownership has an open-door policy and we have had our health and benefit plan more robust to be able to help with this as well. I know we need to do more and we will strive and continue to improve.
