Pros

Just about the only pro is there are some genuinely nice people that work there, mostly those on the below management level. And the salary is honestly pretty competitive compared to similar jobs.

Cons

With that said, there is not a single place I have ever worked that treated its employees worse. Management expects you to give up your life. Depending on your position, trust me, if you work here you will have no personal life. They consistently expect you to work overtime on demand with no advance notice, as late as midnight sometimes, and still be in at normal time the next morning. They will give you a hard time if you cannot make it to work due to a foot of snow on the ground. Will point fingers and do the blame game and accuse you of costing them money when even the rarest of mistakes are made. They will even try to guilt you out of taking your accrued, well-deserved vacation time. There is a reason why many positions at this company are a constant revolving door, while management sits in their cushy offices and can do whatever they want.
