We recognise the importance of turning commitments into meaningful change, and we know there is more to do to ensure this is felt consistently across the business. We are actively focusing on improving development opportunities, strengthening leadership capability and building a more inclusive and supportive environment for all colleagues.
We take concerns around culture and people processes seriously, and continue to use employee feedback, including engagement surveys, to inform where we need to take action.
