      Pros

      Good benefits, great people to work with. Leadership was always supportive and understanding.

      Cons

      The team I was on was based in Tulsa but I was in a field office. Didn’t feel like I was part of the team as much. Wasn’t a big deal but about the only con I could think of.

      Largest Midstream Pipeline company in USA and growing. Delivers 1/3 of the NGLs in the USA.

      Light on process and standardization making it hard to onboard new employees.

      A very friendly and collaborative work environment - from early career engineers to high level directors.

      Cons

      Your intern work experience can vary depending on who your supervisor is or what group you are in. I had less "meaningful" work to show for at the end of my term as my supervisor was not very present.
