Positive work atmosphere - Designer Winick Realty Group Employee Review

I am just starting in the business and have been very happy with the environment here and getting started on my retail real estate career. Everyone has been helpful and supportive. It is the kind of company where you can speak to others and get help. I feel like some companies all have their little clicks where they don't work with one another. But I have noticed here at WRG, it is not like that. Everyone works together.

Not exactly a con, but if you're looking to work in retail real estate, be prepared to put in the hours. This is not a 9 to 5 job. Thankfully I enjoy what I do so I don't mind burning the midnight oil.

Winick Realty Group is a great company to work for. It's a fast-paced environment where team camaraderie is strong. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand to others, and there's ample opportunity for personal growth within the company.
