From 2022-2024, went through 4 CEOs, 5 CROs, 3 CFOs, 2 HR heads. Each one and each combination had a different way to run the company. No common end goal.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and for the years you spent at Wire.
The period you mention was a phase of significant change for the company. Building and positioning a technology company in a complex space like secure collaboration often requires adjustments along the way. While that can feel challenging internally, these phases are also an important part of building a stronger foundation for the future.
We appreciate your contribution during that time and wish you all the best going forward.

Cons
So much to say here. Wire doesn't know what is working and what isn't. In the process of them figuring it out, they point the finger and blame their employees without any sort of direction. Leadership is in no way transparent. You hear changes, even if its positive through word of mouth. There is no alignment cross-functionally. They will make you rip your teeth out just to get the right tools and processes in place which as a result means its a slow moving ship (in no way a rocket ship). They find ways to cut corners and not pay their sales people the commission they deserve. Wire will leave you mentally unhealthy with nothing positive to walk away from. Toxic work environment where everything is delegated. VP of Sales wants no part in anything so that when everything goes wrong he can direct the blame elsewhere. Leadership is not customer centric so they get a lot of customers that churn because they can't deliver on their promises. Wire will most likely never figure out how to be successful as long as they continue to make their employees fight a lot of internal battles instead of being customer centric. Product doesn't even work well and has lots of bugs so when you try to demo it for customers it is very embarrassing.
