Pay is OK. Berlin has tons of startups.

Cons

From 2022-2024, went through 4 CEOs, 5 CROs, 3 CFOs, 2 HR heads. Each one and each combination had a different way to run the company. No common end goal.

Cons

Some processes are still evolving, technical and product priorities can change, and coordination across teams is not always smooth.

Great culture, amazing office, strong benefits and passionate and hardworking colleagues

Cons

work load can be a bit tough but in the same vein this promotes a strong learning curve and greater responsibility
