Pros

- Great people; everyone has a "how can I help" attitude - Far above average benefits and PTO - Above market pay

Cons

This can go both ways, but people are held accountable to the deadlines that they set. Seems like a reasonable expectation, but some people don't like that.

Pros

- The pay is not great, but almost industry standard.

Cons

- As mentioned by plenty of others here, the fundamental problem is severe mismanagement by leadership. Those that work close with the c-suite know that they are at the mercy of the founder who often personally attacks employees and insults customers. From talking to everyone who has worked with him, he is known to be an abusive character who will fire anyone on a whim. While it is a known problem in the company, nobody will step up to change it for fear of being fired. - The company has been around for over a decade and their software still looks like it is from the early 2010s. If you join Wodify with the hopes of building innovative and well-designed software, you will be severely disappointed. Tech stack uses an outdated no-code software that creates generic looking Android-style apps that users are just barely okay with. The only value they have is in existing customers who don't want to go through the hassle of switching. New companies are popping up that do everything Wodify does, look much better, and cost a fraction of a price. The company is going nowhere and their hopes of selling are frankly delusional. - The company culture is non-existent. They have a small Wework office in Philadelphia that usually has 1 or 2 people and the office in Denver is just a few desks. On the inside, people talk about how they can just coast by and are waiting until a better option comes along.
