Pros
Secure job, overtime, decent pay, opportunities to learn new skills, most jobs are very easy, a lot of paid down time if you work at the production plants
Cons
Location, high turnover rate, management can be too lax on employees showing up to work high/drunk, more temps than hired in employees, management gets pay incentives most employees do not get, machinery and equipment are poorly maintained, too much down time due to machines breaking and USDA issues.
