Leadership thrives on intimidation rather than guidance. Public humiliation and personal comments are common management tools. No work-life balance; excessive hours, denied breaks, and unrealistic expectations are the norm. Policies are inconsistent, often changed arbitrarily. Exit terms are used as a weapon instead of handled with professionalism. Instead of fostering growth, leadership uses fear and ego to “set examples” for staff. Mental health suffers — the environment is draining, discouraging, and demotivating.
