Pros

It’s a job with a paycheck.

Cons

Lay-offs happen every few years so nobody feels like their job is secure. As a work-life consultant you will be working in a call center answering phones for 8 hours a day with each part of your day being tracked. 15 minute bathroom breaks, 30 mins lunches, the amount of time tracked between calls etc. The health insurance “benefit” is horrible, especially for people with families. Morale among coworkers is low and turnover is high and expected. I suspect the best fit for this job would be someone right out of college with little work experience because anyone with professional work experience would run for the hills. Not sure where the positive reviews are from because after working for WPO for five years, I didn’t know 1 employee who was happy with their job. Do yourself a favor and find something else.
