Low pay. No quality standards. 3rd party employment (I've been there 6+ years as a temp and have worked for 2 of the 3 agencies used to staff hourly empoyees). No pay increase unless you move to a better paying position, or manage to get hired on, but then you can expect an, up to, 35 cent anual performance raise. No room to work. They outgrew their building some years ago now, yet they continue to add new stores to the DC's service area and sacrificed dock and storage space to install robotic put away machines. Poor equipment. Radios, lift trucks, computers and so forth are in poor shape or outdated and slow.
