Pros

It’s alot of promotions easy to get a job They welcome all felons

Cons

All employees are hired through the agencies. No direct hires . The agencies brings you in to work for WCD under false pretense. They lie about everything! They tell you that you are suppose to transition after 90 days and it doesn’t happen. Upper management talks to you like you’re a peasant . They have had over 20 members of their management team quit in the last 90 days. This place really blows!! Only work here if you have no other options. No medical insurance is offered . They work you 7 days a week 12-18 hours a day. Most employees work 80 plus hours in one week. There is no real structure and it’s sadly dysfunctional . To top it off it’s an unsafe and very hostile environment, they have work related injuries every day. This place has segregated the blacks and Hispanic communities ,if you’re Spanish you will get ahead, say if your black wellll good luck! Someone help us!!!

Pros

*Steady and flexible employment with decent pay. *Good relationships with my subordinates, making it somewhat enjoyable to be in office. You'll meet some awesome people here, I even met my husband through the company! *Salary exempt employees in management have yearly bonus based on evaluations, you also get a decent bonus based on performance in late August - Early September. *Traveling! You'll get to travel to multiple states within the US and work with different people of culture. If you want to travel trust me YOU'LL TRAVEL! *Build your resume, as long as you have ambition and strive to do well it can land you in any position from Admin HR to lead reach drivers.

Cons

*No pre-diem when traveling only flight, hotel and rental car is paid for by the company if their card doesn't decline when your checking in. Getting reimbursed for food during a business travel takes up to 6 weeks minimum. *If your admin you get a laptop to take home and everyone supervisor up gets a company phone. The expectation is you answer the phone at all times of the night/day even if your "off" also remain engaged always in your emails. If you have a family or busy lifestyle this will get old fast. *Workplace bullying from admin is very strong, however it gave me thicker skin. I've never been talked to like I was, or the mind games they would play, it would give me high anxiety everyday to hear a phone ring or text message. *Sexual harassment goes on and on and nothing is done even when it's reported. *If you're salary you'll do minimum 10hrs in office to go home and work until you fall asleep to be woken up throughout the night from phone calls that require you to call others even if its 3am. This is everyday even on "off" days. *They have a "black-out" period you can't take time off from October 1st - February 15th be prepared to work 6 days in office every week during that time period holidays are BUSY.
