Pros
Colleagues were some of the kindest, most hard working people I've known. Home based job
Cons
World CopperSmith comes across as a good ol' boys club and operates more like a hobby than a company. I felt as though company procedures were changed so rash and so often that it negatively affected the customer's experience. Work felt more reactive than proactive. It seemed to me that there was also overall open sexism, and nepotism was very apparent to me. Friends and family of upper mgmt seemed to be hired and promoted regardless of talent. But what really frustrated me the most was that I felt as though everything was a bait and switch - things promised in my interview, raises, job responsibilities, holidays, etc. Understandably, this probably why there is a high employee turn over rate. I don't know how they are still in business.
