World is a growing organization with ample opportunity to learn and develop for everyone. We stay true to our stated vision, mission and values. We have a strong desire to serve our clients by helping to protect what they have through insurance. By learning World's systems, processes and procedures you can have a very successful career here. The people are great here and wonderful to work with.

Can’t think of any pros

Cons

No support from management, no clear direction. Set up for failure. Will not hire new employees when someone leaves, just overloads remaining employees
