      My prior life was in software as a service, I believe efficiencies can be gained by tools to help gather prospect information, access to quotes, summary proposal information would be a benefit.

      World is a growing organization with ample opportunity to learn and develop for everyone. We stay true to our stated vision, mission and values. We have a strong desire to serve our clients by helping to protect what they have through insurance. By learning World's systems, processes and procedures you can have a very successful career here. The people are great here and wonderful to work with.

      Pros

      Opportunity to move due to small company size, visibility is accessible.

      Cons

      Work from home/remote work culture is non-existent. Pay is mediocre for the world expected. Benefits are expensive, not impressive.
