      Pros

      I was an intern in Summer 2024. My internship was a fantastic learning experience. I was given a variety of projects that exposed me to many areas of how an insurance agency operates. The team was very supportive, and I received one-on-one guidance almost every day, which really helped me learn quickly. The company culture is collaborative, and everyone was willing to share their knowledge. I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to join the company full time after graduating.

      Cons

      As with most internships, some of the projects could be repetitive at times, but they were always useful for building a strong foundation.

      Pros

      World is a growing organization with ample opportunity to learn and develop for everyone. We stay true to our stated vision, mission and values. We have a strong desire to serve our clients by helping to protect what they have through insurance. By learning World's systems, processes and procedures you can have a very successful career here. The people are great here and wonderful to work with.

      Pros

      Good 401k match. No vesting period. Benefits overall decent. PTO. Early closures.

      Cons

      Training doesn't happen. Very sink or swim culture. Good young talent is wasted by management that only cares about tenure. Management is impossible to reach as is HR. Pay raises are a joke as is the performance review process. They claim to have a set structure, metrics and growth plans for employees but rate and promote on vibes only. Pay bands low for industry
