Pros
1. The organisation is in over 100 countries, but is very well structured with similar systems across the organisation. 2. System oriented organisation with a high degree of standardisation and efficiency. Systems for finance, procurement, HR are the same across over 100 offices, in a truly global partnership. 3. They do a lot in ensuring you have the necessary tools to do your work, be it equipment, vehicles, and have a relatively good international funding portfolio.
Cons
1. A large organisation can make for slow decision making and slow system processes. However, this also depends on individual country office culture.
