None. They claim there is a strong culture of following their core values but senior staff fail at every one. If your face does not fit you are demoted. They refuse to follow basic Dutch law which requires and OR. - most employees are not Dutch so do not necessarily understand the critical functions of an OR.
Cons
If your face does not fit or you make valide legal points to senior management then you are put on an improvement plan with the only aim to sack you. Awful local management which has been going on for years. The US management aren’t interested. So called compulsory things you have to do. - local management create a fear culture so people are scared to speak up - yet they chant their 7 core values daily. Work for a Dutch company which will treat you with respect
