This place is extremely inefficient. They take forever to train you. I waited over a month for them to train me on a forklift. I've been riding around on a bike the entire time. I would ask them everyday about the training. The canceled the 1st time, then I had to wait a few more weeks and they canceled the 2nd time. They act like they all about opportunities, but they are extremely inefficient.
They need more trainers. They only gave 1 guy training for 2nd shift and 3 guys training for 1st shift. That why it takes so long to get people trained. Then if someone gotta be a trainer, they gotta be there a year in order to be one. Problem is, many people leave he place because how bad they are.
Let's talk about another thing they are inefficient on. The serial number situation. For example, you go to your location to get 4 cases, then you put the rest up which could be 4 cases as well. Then they tell you to go to another location to grab the SAME EXACT ITEM. like why are you having people waste heir time splitting up pallets? Could of just grabbed the whole dand pallet. Then the place still use paper! They are a technology company and they use paper instead of getting computers and scanners on the forklifts. FedEx us more efficient than thus place.
Then they constantly changing lanes and the communication is crap. I never felt so betrayed by a company before. Even if I did stay there, they are nit gonana hire ne anyways because I am a temp. They replace all their temps with other employees. That's how much a snake this company is. Don't even bother working here for opportunities, you won't get this here.
