Pros
Management is very laid back, the benefits package is awesome and not many other companies can compete with what they offer. All ground level jobs are extremely simple and do not require much labor at all.
Cons
Job advancement is almost impossible. "The buddy system" is in full effect. Most of the leadership on hand does not understand the processes for which they were hired to lead. Employees seeking advancement without being friends with current leadership are consistently held back and are not offered any feedback as to why they are not qualified for the Job they are seeking.
