I have absolutely enjoyed working at WWT. It really feels like each person plays a big role in our company's success. - Anonymous employee World Wide Technology Employee Review

Pros

Great people, great management and an overall great atmosphere. Our company strives to be a profitable, growth company that is also a great place to work. This isn't just a tag line, it's what we continue to do year-over-year. It's exciting to be a place like this where people have winning, optimistic attitudes and actually deliver with results on the execution end.

Cons

WWT does offer great benefits and a competitive total compensation package. With that said, I think we can do better to reward "A" players with a larger bump in salary, especially when a promotion is received - something larger than our apparent company standard in terms of an annual salary percentage increase.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
