WWT is a great company that promotes the value of a work/life balance. They encourage personal and professional growth while providing a positive company culture for employees to work. It really is a great place to work!

In some ways the company struggles with its rapid growth. Occasionally there are long hours and the work is hard, but the company is good at recognizing this and rewarding its employees!

Loved the paid holiday , they also work with you if have alot going on outside of work like counseling , paid days off , understanding , overtime if you need it , dinners

only get paid $16.50 even though we are work so hard.
