      Global Policy is good. Culture wise also good

      Cons

      But 24*7 you need to be alert. Lot of work with less people.. People management is not accurate

      Great early years culture… Smart / Top Tier Talent and Capabilities

      Cons

      Lost what made them special… culture made obvious shift from “People are our Greatest Resource” to “We are a Numbers Driven Organization”… Think that corporate event closing comment changed around 2018/2019
