Pros

I'm a current employee nearing a decade of service with WWT. Prior to WWT, I had the advantage to work for an organization where there was no company culture or a vision and a mission. This one experience help me discern what a good employer looks like. Culture is everything!

Cons

As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, middle management has an opportunity to embrace and instill the values of the Integrated Management Leadership (IML) initiatives. Hold their team and cross functional team to the IML expectations, drive accountability and continuous improvement. It's not personal, its business.

First, thanks for your years of service at WWT and for the positive feedback. It's interesting to hear employees compare and contrast their experiences with WWT to where they've worked before. We typically hear this type of feedback from employees who started their careers at WWT, left, and then returned because they noticed the culture of the new company was lacking in some way. Regarding your last sentence, I recognize the quote. Let's hope we fare better than Sonny did on the causeway :)

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
