      Executive leadership continuously states their priority is the health and well being of their employees. Pay and benefits are above all other competitors I have seen.

      Cons

      Grit and rigor message from leadership usually means you will be overloaded with work in an attempt to keep costs down.

      Tools are very good to work with

      Cons

      They lie alot, promise alot of possible opportunities and in the end will off shore your role for a cheaper cost immediately. New rules about relocation, management is very good at saying what you want to hear and not follow up. Culture does not allow for any suggestions or feedback, if you do not get along with off shore team, you are not considered viable
