Almost no onboard on tools, processes, procedures, who's who, how to find people, etc.
Every team does things very differently, tons of title and roles to work with with very little understanding of who does what. I've been here over six months now and still struggling to work efficiently due to such a large org and almost no standard operating procedures\processes.
Also was told working 50+ hours a week is normal here.
Sick time come out of PTO. PTO over 80 hours expires at EOY, except in some states.
