Sadly toxic culture. - Integration Technician World Wide Technology Employee Review

Pros

The 4×10hr schedule was a nice change as not many places were doing that yet. Climate controlled environment was nice

Cons

The sheer amount of ego I experienced in the ABM department of NAIC1 while I was there was absolutely staggering. Former coworker even told me it frustrated him as it seemed like "they were out for you from day one." This even includes using my own words about something I said I was working on against me. Repetitive lying and even making up lies to justify why they requested my temp agency to have me not return. I heard so many good things about working here that I was caught completely off guard when I saw the reply culture of the company.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
