Pros

The company has been rate a great place to workm for the 14th year in a row. They are flexible with remote and hybrid work and care about the employees.

Cons

Can be hard to meet people when you work remotely.

Thank you for your review! We understand that remote work can be a bit isolating, and we are always looking for additional ways to include regional offices and remote employees in the culture. While we understand there’s always room for improvement, we encourage remote employees to get involved in the many groups (like ERGs!) and virtual events! Thanks again.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
