Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the commission structure and benefits to be positive during your time with us. We also appreciate your honest feedback around consistency, internal changes, and office dynamics. Over the past year, we’ve had some leadership changes, and we recognise that periods of transition can sometimes feel uncertain. Since then, we’ve been working to bring greater clarity, stability, and transparency to our structure and ways of working, and this remains a key focus for us. Feedback like yours is important in helping us improve, and we’re committed to continuing to evolve the employee experience. We wish you all the best in your next role.

Pros

Not many, use your short the time while there to practice and build on Excel and Salesforce knowledge. Some of the people are nice to work with.

Cons

If you get a role here as a recent graduate do not stop applying for other more serious roles. Aim to stay 3-6 months max. Career progression is almost non-existent. Pay is very low for London. Turnover is high. Systems are outdated making work longer rather than more efficient. Work is repetitive and unexciting. Company is struggling. Management look out for themselves. Praise received is very short lived but an error will always be held hanging over your head. Managers will micromanage and add additional workload for little to no monetary benefit.
