Good starting out company for new drivers - OTR Truck Driver XTL (Philadelphia) Employee Review

Enjoyed working here. Location was great, lots of parking. Really nice people to work with. Owner very knowledgeable and very fair.

This comment is for the new employees who began working. As many times as you say, this work can be physical, the new employees could not grasp the concept of "physical work"

If you need a job it is good,no future Management does not even recognized it's employees at Holiday time only the management for a christmas party ,the truck driver's are not allowed to even have a cookie,we have to beg to get Xtl shirts to wear management get a heavy coat and they are not doing the driving,they don't even pay workman's comp they put you on the Jockey to park the trucks if you are injured,they do not care,but I need the job that is why I stay

They also have a camera in your face while you are driving supposely to protect you if someone should say you hit them with your truck, you have to eat in the truck with the camera on what a disgrace,and when you have to go to the bathroom don't even try to stop at wawa when you are on the road to go ,they don't think you should go to the bathroom,the Union doesnt help at all and we still have no congract for 3 years what a joke
