No direction. Not enough project managers. No thought to an enterprise architecture. Most of IT is about 10 years behind most other companies. There is no way to determine your work load because there is no planning. It seems most things happen on a whim. Work is boring. Don't come here if you're a young developer or admin. You're not going to grow your skill set.
