Pros

One of the worst company which Market a lot but nothing you will gain here

Cons

Instead of layoff they will send you our indirectly. Most of the good reviews are fake, which is updated by HR team. Even Glassdoor warned before joining here. There are many good companies to join not this one. Lot of politics, Buttering people are benefited and treated highly. If you don't have anything to eat then you can join here that too for short term. Or else it is one of the worst decision to join. I had multiple offers and joined here it's like digging my own grave. Projects are just for 3 months, once it's done you will be in bench for 1 month then indirectly they put huge pressure to send you out. Xebia has strong branding in LinkedIn, don't ever believe it. Check Glassdoor warning everything is fake and manipulated. No work life balance. People those who have joined and become jobless for a long time. They sent people during this tough time. Technical Resources or Sales or Recruiter or Human Resource or Finance or Marketing or Clerk or Watchman or Floor Cleaner Never Ever Join. Zero Star is suitable for this company

Pros

Some genuinely strong talent across parts of the organization, particularly at the delivery and individual contributor level. Entrepreneurial energy exists in pockets of the business, especially within acquired teams.

Cons

Lack of decisive leadership at the top, an underpowered board with limited global technology experience, and a culture that too often favors proximity to leadership over measurable performance. The private equity sponsor brings deep experience from non-technology sectors, but little track record in scaling complex, global IT services businesses—visible in weak governance, strategic drift, and inconsistent execution. The departure of many founders, including the original founder stepping away entirely, has coincided with a rapid loss of ownership mindset, long-term continuity, and the entrepreneurial drive that originally differentiated the firm.
