Pros

-peers are friendly, intelligent and creative individuals -small perks are nice- free breakfast, lunch once a week, beers in the office, casual dress -sales team has a great comeraderie among the low-levels

Cons

-US sales management is turning the company into Intuit- motivates based on fear and threats, never answers emails or meeting requests, -headed toward a more big-time corporate machine-like sales vision -recently CUT commissions and annual base salary pay raises did NOT even meet cost of living increase for Denver area-but management is in SanFrancisco so they think it's fine

Impressive onboarding for new hires. Benefits incomparable to other organizations.

Cons

Pay not sustainable AI introduction caused layoffs for department No room for growth as other continents had priority instead of US candidates.
