Pros
Free coffee, great people in CX to work with, awesome offices but that’s about it.
Cons
Having worked here for a couple of years, the new CEO has significantly changed the working culture. Upper management seems more focused on numbers than on the well-being of the Customer Experience (CX) team. This shift has created a toxic environment where team leaders frequently pressure staff without consideration for their feelings. It’s heartbreaking knowing the company you aspired to work for since high school, turns out that it is your typical “Silicon Valley” organisations.
