The company has replaced much of its senior leadership with executives based in the U.S., many of whom come from Google or Uber backgrounds and bring a "we know it all" mentality. This shift suggests that Xero is trying to emulate a typical Silicon Valley tech company, where employees are seen as numbers and easily replaceable when needed.
