      Doesn't care about employees and every half a year a mass layoff would occur just to hire back up again as the positions were actually needed

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
