      Good pension after 6 years of service, flexible working

      Cons

      Was hard to progress and get pay rise, which resulted in me leaving, was end of covid though so may habe changed.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
