      ability to transfer jobs very small company work many roles outside of job posting work with different people in different departments

      Cons

      long work hours and overtime pay is below average health benefits are very expensive for family with kids not friendly workplace company outlook is uncertain

      Benefits and PTO, also the CEO is great.

      Cons

      Company culture was great then started to decline. Many rounds of lay-offs and unrealistic expectations regarding the company and product.
