Started my professional career at Xometry on the supplier sales(Thomas) side. Through great leadership I was able to advance not only as a professional but from an SDR role into an Account Executive. This was a great opportunity for new business, upsell and cross-selling commission. Realistic and obtainable quotas that bear fruit. Uncapped commission as well. This was a great team environment with awesome leadership. My sales director never hesitated to jump on a call when needed especially when trying to close revenue. Great sales support team and training opportunities when I felt I needed it. Rewarding work helping manufacturers with their online presence. Solutions sold showed excellent results as well. Overall a great culture and would absolutely recommend.
