Well, when I started, I worked for an amazing leader, and they drove him out. I can’t say there are many pros at this point.
Cons
Where to begin… Management has become micro, micro management. The use of salesforce is only to find ways to fire you. Because they refuse to address their terrible service in the terminals, i.e. service failures, damaged freight, lack of commitment by terminal employees, they continue to lose business.
