Pros
1) Work culture is good when compared to most of the top indian companies.
Cons
1) Frequent layoffs and firings. I have been working in Yahoo! india for past 3 years and there have been 3 major layoffs happened. 2) Poor people management. 3) Poor transparency within the organization.
