      Pros

      - Make your own hours, you can leave once all the work is done. - Great atmosphere, everyone knows your name - No dress code - CEO actually will sit and talk with you on days he is not busy. - Ping Pong table in the office - Every once in a while...happy hours on Fridays

      Cons

      So far none..it gets hot in the summer.

      Pros

      Great work environment, team atmosphere, lots of autonomy, nice perks like team yoga, company socials and free swoops! Lots of room for growth if you put in the time and effort.

      Cons

      Position requires someone who is very resilient as do all transactional sales jobs. With the autonomy given you must be a self starter to succeed. Very competitive space
