      - Great work from home policy - Some great people

      Cons

      - Yearly redundancies for permeant and contract roles. - Stagnant business is almost wholly dependant on shareholder money - Virtually no career progression - Managers seem locked in meetings permanently - No idea what upper management do, certainly dont seem to be looking to expand the business
