I believe that management should consider selecting someone with a stronger background in finance or operations management for this role, particularly someone who demonstrates professionalism and respect for their colleagues. Unfortunately, my experience with the current individual has been challenging. She lacks the mental capacity required for a senior role. Her focus seems to be on trivial matters, such as her social media following, rather than on the responsibilities of the position. She constantly pressures others to follow her on social media and avoids work wherever possible, often engaging in lengthy conversations that shift her workload onto others. Her toxic behavior, including bullying and unnecessary criticism, creates an uncomfortable and unproductive environment. It’s clear that her priorities lie elsewhere, and her presence detracts from the team’s ability to succeed. Her mental capacity is very limited and unpredictable.
