Pros
Not all company had this. At ZALA, they are giving us a one time bonus for our hard work. We also have team lunch which I really love! And they even give a paid off if you're a top performer. One thing I love is we have what we call team work. We really had a good communication between my colleagues even with Boss. If you are having a hard time solving an issue, they'll help you right away, You will have a full support.
Cons
We do have overtimes. (Mandatory Overtime) due to high volume tickets. But this is really reasonable and normal for a company. It's really not an issue since they are still paying you extra. And it's really a good thing.
