Pros
help save lives, gain relationships with Hospitals & cardiologist & Case Managers & insurances companies.
Cons
worst company ever, company has a turnstile mentality, definitely a stone stepping job if they hire you, you'll want to leave within 6 months. Upper mngmnt has NO clue how to listen & keep employees. there was 100% turnover of TM's within 2 years where I was. bad 401k match (7 years for 100% vested, so they've never had to match 100% to a lot of TM's) company is complacent with turnover to keep the "rah rah" at the annual meetings with a new supply of TM's to promise prosperity, 'like chasing the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow' not a long term company but a good training ground to take to another company. Worst work/life balance. not much personal time at all. you'll be on call 365 days a year (you'll work if you have a Dr/Hospital call you on weekends & holidays), Nothing in the pipeline to add on to the LifeVest which hasn't changed much in years. Only advancement is to become a mngr because mngrs leave too.
