Cons
Here’s the deal with this place: Lifevest is a train wreck, constant revolving door. Every single recruiter I’ve spoken to in the last year has said the same thing about Zoll, that they’ve talked to dozens of reps all trying to leave. The culture is terrible, don’t believe anyone that tells you otherwise. Hospital seems to be the only decent division that actually pays well. There’s no upward movement here (they like to hire from outside for management) and their mantra is “sell more, but we’ll pay you the same.” Real motivating to sales reps. Comp plan is awfully weak and unmotivating. Whole management structure needs a flush and start over.
